What makes m y cooking special is the time, effort and skill that I put into it.

What made you want to become a chef?

I became a chef by accident really I decided to do it by accident.

Where are you from? Where else have you lived?

I am from London, and worked and lived here for a long time.

Tell us about your experience in the kitchen.

I am a trained chef and gradually worked my way up in the catering trade I trained at college but got most of my experience on the job.

From where do you draw your inspiration?

from cookery books and cookery shows

Which ingredients could you not do without?

I cannot live with out seasonings as well as garlic and olive oil.

I would have to say British food.

What's the best part of being a chef?

The reward of others saying how great and how lovely your food tastes.
